Product Introduction
Flexible anode, also known as cable anode, was mainly used to solve the cathodic protection problem of aging pipelines with aging coating in the early days. Currently, it is widely used in cathodic protection of new and existing pipelines and storage tanks, with a service life of up to 40 years. The product is divided into four series based on the outer layer material; Each series has multiple specifications to choose from (divided by different output currents: 50mA/m, 80mA/m, 160mA/m, 320mA/m, and 800mA/m).
The auxiliary anode materials in flexible anodes mainly include conductive plastics, MMO (mixed metal oxides), and platinum niobium alloys. Among them, the flexible anode using conductive plastic as the auxiliary anode has the characteristics of easy installation, complete supporting technology, and reasonable price, and is the most widely used.
